This project was my final assignment for my Child Life Theory course, taken through the UCSB Extension Program. I was tasked to choose an illness on which I had done prior research for the course and create an entire case report, including a SOAP chart note, imagined scripted educating the patient and family about the illness, and relevant therapeutic activity. The activity portion includes a narrative about why the activity was chosen, its objectives, and its therapeutic and developmental benefits. It also includes a link to a video of me doing the activity.
